Beaux Arts Classic Products Makes Perfect Grilles

The perfection in any project is in the fine details. One detail that is often overlooked when remodeling or building a home are the grille covers that conceal the air units of the heating and cooling ducts. Beaux-Arts offers classical solutions to the modern heating and air conditioning vents, registers, ducts or industrial returns that most every home and commercial establishment has.

A plain horizontal lined vent is not very appealing to any home’s decor. We currently offer two styles; in over 60 sizes. Our Arts and Crafts and Louis XIV grilles are the best grilles available anywhere.  We know because we have looked and that is why we have persevered to offer these historic reproduction grilles, our Arts and Crafts style.

The Arts and Crafts Decorative grilles were originally made in New York State in approximately 1870-1914. They are the most outstanding grilles ever made in the USA. Andrew Carnegie placed them in most of the Carnegie Libraries from 1883 to 1929. We have been manufacturing these historical reproductions in the USA since 1990, using the highest quality urethane resin which is strong, dimensionally stable and heat resistant and captures the exact details of the originals.  Thanks to technology we are now able to offer this handsome design in sizes that work with todays heating and air conditioning ducts.

Our Louis XIV Decorative Grille was more challenging since this design is quite complicated to get the variety of sizes necessary to meet market demands.  These are not laser cut patterns.  We begin with historic ornament and once again thanks to technology we are able to manipulate them into all the beautiful designs that you can see on our website.  Different sizes require different elements.

These decorative grilles are made from a strong and heat resistant Onyx Urethane resin that forms a rigid reproduction of the grille. These grilles are cost effective and attractive making them a great alternative to the traditional metal grilles.
