Beaux-Arts Classic Products strives to manufacture quality products and offer superior customer service. Because we are a small family operated business offering a wide variety of sizes and finishes, returns can be burdensome for us to manage and we need to limit the time for returns. We are available prior to making your purchase to help answer questions. Beaux-Arts will accept a return if the request is made within 3 days of receiving your order based on UPS records of delivery. The products must be in new condition. Not installed. Please package the product well to avoid damage in transit, all damaged products may be assessed an additional fee. We recommend all returns be shrink wrapped between cardboard with the finish side covered in wax paper, securely packaged in their original box with provided hardware. Once the return is received at our shop, we will inspect the condition and notify you of the return. A 25% restocking fee is applied if you do not place a new order and your refund will be processed in your original form of payment.
