Order your new vent cover by duct size, not by the measurements of the grille you are replacing. 

• For example: your duct measure 19-7/8" x 20-1/4," round the next even whole number = 20" x 20" 
  

This product is made of resin and not recommended for floor use; ideal for wall and ceiling vents

Benefits of a Beaux-Arts Resin Cast Vent Cover:  

• Resists rust unlike a metal grille and is lighter weight

Please note that exterior measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of the material, natural expansion of silicone molds and cured resin.  This is typically not an issue with standard vent covers; however if you have limited space around your duct, or plan on using the grilles as an insert, etc...
