The Craftsman Style vent cover was made during the Arts and Crafts movement.  It is the best grille ever made in the USA.  Craftsman Style grilles were first made in Brooklyn from 1865 to 1922.   In 1938 they moved to  Chicago.  Craftsman Return Air Grilles  were made for 73 years.  A long time for any product.

Our version of the Craftsman return air grille began in 2006. After much research and experimentation,  we chose urethane resin for casting.   A close inspection of our resin  grille design reveals chevrons, diamonds, ribbons and ropes.  The center feature has a stylized Acanthus Leaf design.  It’s America’s best selling resin decorative grille style 

3-Dimensional Design Details

Our decorative return air grilles are totally unique in the marketplace. They are  3-Dimensional designs,  not laser cut patterns.  The detail of each feature is comparable to fine art sculptures.  The castings are superior quality.   Originally,  they were cast in the lost wax method.  We use a modernized version of lost wax casting to create these “Functional Works of Art”.
