Our Mission is create Gilded Age Grilles. Beaux-Arts Classic Products name is from the popular Beaux Arts movement in the United States. The Gilded Age lasted from 1880 to 1930. The style was the dominant during the Gilded Age. The style emanated from France and means fine arts or beautiful arts. It was based on ideas taught at L’Ecole Des Beaux-Arts. One of the oldest and most esteemed schools of architecture and design in Paris. French ideas of beauty were brought to the United States by American architects who studied at this school of architecture. Beaux-Arts architecture was synonymous with America’s Renaissance movement.
The French Style Louis XIV Decorative Grille design uses the finest carvings from the period. It is truly a Gilded Age Grille. Beaux-Arts is the “only” company which has 3-Dimensional design details.

Beaux-Arts Style
Beaux Arts is an opulent subset of Neoclassical and Greek Revival architectural styles. Neoclassical interior design was originally based on Greek and Roman home decor. It focuses on elegance and sophistication. Our French Style Louis XIV Grille is our most elegant style vent cover. Technology makes it possible to create this classic acanthus leaf design in sizes for today’s heating and air conditioning vent covers. Industrial louvered grilles are transformed with our Gilded Age Grilles. They are for wall and ceiling applications only; and are not suitable for floors.
Beaux-Arts Gilded Age grilles are not just hole punched sheet metal. The grilles are made from a high quality urethane resin which is dimensionally stable, won’t rot, rust, corrode or grow mold. Resin grilles also reduce or eliminate noise problems often found with stamped steel louver grilles. Resin grilles are durable and virtually maintenance free. They can be used in damp or wet locations, like bathrooms for exhaust fan covers.

The Gilded Age Style Today
Neo-classicism was a child of the Age of Reason (the Enlightenment). Philosophers believed that we would be able to control our destinies by learning from and following the laws of nature. The United States was founded on the Enlightenment philosophy. Neoclassicism continued the connection to the Classical tradition. It signified moderation and rational thinking; with attention to form and function. This really resonated with our Mission Statement; to create products that are “Functional Works of Art”. Beaux-Arts Classic Products designs and manufactures timeless solutions to the mass produced industrial elements found in all our homes and businesses. Our products will stylistically endure the test of time AND they will also last. Products that maintain their beauty and functionality. Our designs are characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, and the highest quality ornamentation which we have painstakingly reproduced using today’s technology.
In France, Beaux-Arts design was most popular during what became known as the Belle Époque, or “the beautiful age.” We love the idea that our products add beauty to what is normally an eyesore.
The Gilded Age HBO Series started last week. Our historic preservation Arts and Crafts Style Grilles were specified in the homes created for the series. Those grilles were originally designed and manufactured in Brookly, New York in approximately 1865-1925.
