FIND YOUR PERFECT Black Friday Sale DECORATIVE GRILLEÂ
Beaux-Arts Classic Products is proud to offer the most attractive and functional decorative grilles available in the marketplace.  Each grille is specifically designed for wall and ceiling installation, and should not be used as floor grilles.  We cast our products using an industrial quality urethane resin which faithfully reproduces the hand carving details of the originals.  Resin is dimensionally stable. It won’t rot, rust, corrode or grow mold. Urethane resin decorative grilles are also virtually noise free as opposed to the stamped metal louvered vent covers commonly used in HVAC forced air systems.
MASTERFULLY REPRODUCED FROM 19TH CENTURY DESIGNS – Craftsman Style Arts and Crafts Decorative Grilles
Our Arts and Crafts Decorative grilles were originally made in New York State in approximately 1865-1922. They are the most outstanding return air grilles ever made in the USA. Andrew Carnegie placed them in most of the Carnegie Libraries from 1883 to 1929. We have been manufacturing these historical reproduction supply vents in the USA since 2006. These grilles can be used for historic preservation since they meet U.S. Government’s General Services Administration Code #1501003S Standards for Historic Preservation Guidelines.
TECHNOLOGY ASSISTED DESIGN PROCESS
Beaux-Arts’ decorative grilles are the only grilles in the marketplace with 3-Dimensional designs. They are a combination of the best 3-dimensional design details which we preserve and manipulate with CAD software. They transform the HVAC louvered white vent cover.
Our finishes highlight the 3-dimensional design details with multi step techniques to achieve the most beautiful finishes.
We intentionally chose urethane resin to cast our products for all the qualities mentioned above. Closeups of the perfect 3-dimensional details show the artistry of the design details. They are maintenance free.  You should not need to repaint, remove rust, corrosion or mold for the life of the grilles.
STUNNING, DURABLE & VIRTUALLY MAINTENANCE-FREE Black Friday Sale on Louis XIV Style Grilles
The Louis XIV grilles are historic reproductions of possibly the best grille ever made in Europe, Circa 1680’s. The French style is our most elegant style vent cover. Technology makes it possible to create this classic acanthus leaf design into sizes for today’s heating and air conditioning vent covers. Use it to replace industrial louvered vent covers for wall and ceiling applications only. They are not suitable for floors.   Easy installation, Predrilled screw-holes and all necessary hardware provided.
3-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN DETAILS
The  front surface of the grilles have incredible three dimensional details.   They are not just hole punched sheet metal or the rough looking surfaces of cast iron or cast aluminum grilles. They are made from a high quality urethane resin. This decorative grille style is a beautiful functional work of art. They can also be used for historic preservation projects.
Neo-Classical Gem – Empire Style Decorative Grille
The Empire Style was the second phase of Neo-Classicism which replaced the thicker and highly ornamental style of the Louis XIV period. The style started when King Louis XV financed the archeological excavations of Pompeii and unearthed the Roman cities destroyed by the volcanic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79AD. The archeologists noticed that the classical ornament was more delicate and refined and it was given the new name of Neo-Classical, or new classic.
The Empire style paid tribute to the Greek Empire by adopting the highly stylized palm tree fronds or Palmette. This motif was first employed by Alexander the Great after he conquered Egypt in 332BC. The Egg and Dart molding we chose for the frame is symbolic of the “mechanics of victory” of the period. It also draws from the Roman Empire as well with the Roman arch. This architectural feature was not invented by the Romans but was utilized by them in building aqueducts, bridges and basilicas. The Empire style is a masculine, regimental style based on order and symmetry.
